BOSU/Disc

A great way to both work on strengthening the core muscles that wrap around your waist and support your spine and improve your balance and coordination is with a new workout tool called a BOSU which stands for "both sides up." On one side it is a half of a balance ball on the other side it is a flat surface.

This is a great tool that allows you to complete a variety of different workouts. Inflatable discs or foam pads are another type of workout tool to exercise your nervous system and improve your balance and coordination. This is a great way to reduce your risk of injury as you age. Many age-related injuries are due to falls because of poor balance and coordination.

Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I was not going to go to a chiropractor! My medical doctor tried some therapy and drugs, but my left lower back and leg continued to hurt. After a few weeks I was surprised that my medical doctor referred me to Bicounty Chiropractic. Now my pain that I have had for 4 months is almost completely gone!"
